As a Sector Talent Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies, ensuring that our sector is equipped with the right skills and capabilities to drive innovation and growth. Your work as a Sector Talent Partner directly supports ASML’s mission to push the boundaries of technology and enable groundbreaking solutions. You will partner with HRBP, business leaders, and managers to assess priorities, identify capability gaps, and develop a 2-3 year talent plan. Collaboration with country T&L teams is essential. Your focus is on building leadership pipelines, managing succession planning, and improving key talent development and mobility to support growth. You’ll help shift senior leadership mindsets, ensuring ASML has the right people in the right roles now and for the future, while making an impact at both strategic and operational levels.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with sector leadership to identify organizational priorities and capability gaps
Develop and implement a 2–3 year talent plan, focusing on workforce planning, critical roles, and skills development
Lead talent review and succession planning processes to build robust leadership pipelines
Support the growth and mobility of key talent within the sector
Coach senior leaders to foster a culture of talent ownership and continuous development
Use data and analytics to inform talent decisions and measure impact
Drive initiatives that accelerate internal talent flow and capability building
Coach executive leaders to role-model talent ownership and foster a culture of learning agility, inclusion, and performance excellence
Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to deliver sector-specific talent solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in strategic HR, integral talent management (TA/Talent/Learning), or organizational development roles preferably in a complex, international environment
Proven track record in translating business strategy into actionable talent plans
Experience with succession planning, leadership development, and workforce analytics
Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and driving mindset/behavioral change
Experience with large-scale and complex programs requiring cross-functional and multi stakeholder collaboration
People management experience
Familiarity with data-driven talent planning and succession frameworks
Experience operating in a matrix organization and building strong relationships
