Job Description:

We are looking for the industry’s finest Section Waitstaff and Runners to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Section Waitstaff in a premium venue
Can confidently handle a section of 6-7 tables
Ability to carry three plates is advantageous
Runners do not need to have premium dining experience, however willingness to learn and positive attitude is essential
Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Must have an RSA certificate

Nice to have:

Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded
Ability to carry three plates is advantageous
