We are currently seeking a Secrets Management, HashiCorp, CI/CD, Vaulting - Technical Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Secrets Management or Privileged Access Management (PAM), with strong hands-on experience using HashiCorp Vault and/or CyberArk as vaulting solutions
  • Good understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong people leadership and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, security, and business teams
  • Proven experience in leading stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, assess risk exposure, and translate business needs into actionable security controls
  • 8+ Years minimum experience on key skills
  • Must have Good Communication
  • Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift
  • Flexible to work in Client Location Manyata or EGL, Bangalore
  • Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment. Full Remote work is not an option
  • Expect Full Return to office in 2026
