Job Responsibility
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents
Maintain and organize files, records, and office systems
Greet visitors and provide a professional first impression
Coordinate office activities and support internal teams
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
1+ year of administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
