Job Responsibility:
Providing secretarial support to fee earners
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Audio typing
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling client communications
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
Typing and formatting documents with speed and accuracy
Requirements:
Proven secretarial experience
Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
A professional, polite manner and a positive team player attitude
High level of discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality
Nice to have:
Experience working as a Medical or Legal Secretary or as an Audio Typist
