Job Responsibility

  • Process incoming reports and related materials promptly to support ongoing team operations
  • Enter information into internal databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Upload, sort, and maintain electronic and physical files so records remain easy to access and track
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence, mailings, and other administrative documents as needed
  • Review incoming work, determine urgency, and organize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Provide day-to-day clerical assistance that helps the department run smoothly
  • Support communication and coordination across the team by handling routine administrative requests
  • Assist with general office functions such as scheduling support, document handling, and reception-related tasks when needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an office, clerical, or administrative support role is required
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confidence using computers and learning new systems quickly
  • Accurate data entry skills with close attention to detail
  • Clear and detail-oriented verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in New York, Monday through Friday
  • Experience with general administrative tasks such as filing, mail handling, and document management
  • Comfortable working in a business casual office environment
