Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Secretary to the Board / Office Assistant position. This role is a six-month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position directly with the client after the initial period of six month.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating Board meetings
  • Managing correspondence and documentation
  • Supporting senior management
  • Assisting with general office administration
  • Ensuring efficient coordination of Board-related activities
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the office

Requirements:

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) will be considered a key selection criterion
