Job Description:

The Secretary / Executive Assistant will be the organizational point of reference for the office and will support Management on a daily basis in managing operational activities. This role is essential to ensuring order, coordination, smooth communication, and an efficient workflow.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the agenda, appointments, and activity planning
  • Organizing meetings, travel, and internal coordination
  • Welcoming guests, managing telephone calls, and correspondence
  • Supporting management in preparing documents, presentations, and reports
  • Managing office materials, supplier relationships, and operational activities
  • Monitoring organizational and communication flows
  • General support in daily activities and resolving operational issues
  • Maintaining order in the office and supervising logistics activities

Requirements:
