Job Description:

The Maronite Sisters Village is not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the provision of high quality and continuous improvement across 2 residential care services across 2 locations in Inner west area. We are currently looking for a Secretary – Arabic Speaking at our Dulwich Hill Village site reporting to the Director of Nursing. The position is Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm and is responsible for delivering effective reception and general office administration functions to support staff, residents, and families.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing general reception duties
  • Replace rostering staff and assist with rostering
  • Providing general clerical, secretarial support to manager, HR, staff and residents to ensure key operational areas are working effectively
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
  • Preparing new residents files, maintain record management and archive files
  • Preparation of documents and spreadsheets as required
  • Maintain Lee care software and undertake audits as requested by management
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all staff, residents, and families
  • Conduct monthly Quality Improvement audits
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written
  • Dealing with external stakeholders and contractors
