Providing general reception duties
Replace rostering staff and assist with rostering
Providing general clerical, secretarial support to manager, HR, staff and residents to ensure key operational areas are working effectively
Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
Preparing new residents files, maintain record management and archive files
Preparation of documents and spreadsheets as required
Maintain Lee care software and undertake audits as requested by management
Providing a high level of customer service to all staff, residents, and families
Conduct monthly Quality Improvement audits
