State Farm Stadium is seeking a detail-oriented and observant individual to join our team as a Secret Shopper. In this role, you will attend event days for a set time incognito to evaluate the guest experience, product quality, and the environment. Your duties will include purchasing products, interacting with employees, and reporting on your experience. You will also need to submit reports on your findings in a timely manner. To be a successful Secret Shopper, you should be able to blend in as a regular guest while paying close attention to details. Excellent communication and memorization skills are also important, as well as the ability to remain unbiased at all times.
Job Responsibility:
Attend stadium events during scheduled times to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and quality of products
Interact with employees as a regular guest and ask questions to gauge their knowledge and helpfulness
Purchase products as part of the evaluation process
Document and report on your experience in a clear and detailed manner
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the customer experience
Adhere to guidelines and standards established by the Training & Culture Manager for secret shopping
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in large crowds
Ability to learn quickly, multi-task in a dynamic environment
Must be able to work independently and maintain a discreet and impartial attitude at all times
Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred
Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required
Ability to work irregular hours which may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends and holidays
High School diploma or GED and one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training
or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
Be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States and have reliable transportation
Nice to have:
High energy, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual is preferred
