Job Description

As a SecOps Technical Consultant with GlideFast Consulting, you will develop, design, and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Leveraging industry best practices and web development techniques, you will support clients through the full solution lifecycle, including platform administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support to deliver scalable, high-performing ServiceNow implementations.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver consulting services to install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow products based on defined requirements
  • Develop custom software solutions using scripting and development tools within the ServiceNow platform
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required by customer contracts and internal processes
  • Conduct value-based assessments and workshops to help customers maximize their ServiceNow investment
  • Build and maintain custom configurations including business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scripts
  • Troubleshoot configuration and scripting issues to ensure smooth platform functionality
  • Participate in requirements review and validation sessions to ensure technical alignment with business needs
  • Attend and contribute to scrum ceremonies
  • Deliver work on time and with quality, contributing to positive customer experiences and feedback
  • Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
  • Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions

Requirements

  • 2+ years developing technical SecOps solutions and administering ServiceNow
  • 2+ years professional consulting
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • 1 Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications- SecOps domain
  • Maintain an active government security clearance if applicable
