Job Responsibility:
Delivering tailored 1-on-1 support to students with diverse learning needs
Leading small group interventions to boost literacy and numeracy levels
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and resource management
Monitoring student progress and providing detailed feedback to the department
Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's high-expectation policy
Supporting students during exams and assessments as a reader or scribe
Fostering an inclusive learning environment for EAL and SEND students
Supervising students during break times and extracurricular activities
Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure specific targets are met
Acting as a positive role model, upholding the school's ethos at all times
Requirements:
Prior experience working with children or young adults in a formal setting
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
