We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and proactive Secondary Teaching Assistants to support students across a range of secondary schools in Chessington and the surrounding areas. Job Responsibility

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
  • Assist pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Encourage student engagement, confidence, and academic progress
  • Support classroom management and behaviour expectations
  • Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom resources.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
  • A positive, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
