This role is vital for supporting students who require extra guidance to reach their full potential. You will work across a variety of subjects, supporting students with diverse needs-including those with SEN or those requiring additional literacy and numeracy support-ensuring that no child is left behind in the fast-paced secondary environment.

Social Development: Support students' emotional wellbeing, helping them build the confidence and 'soft skills' necessary for life beyond school.
Teacher Collaboration: Assist subject teachers in preparing resources and managing the classroom environment to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
Requirements:
The Right Attitude: You must be proactive, adaptable, and possess a genuine desire to see young people succeed.
