Job Responsibility:

  • Targeted Interventions (lead small breakout groups or 1:1 sessions for students needing extra support with literacy, numeracy, or specific subject coursework)
  • In-Class Support (work alongside subject teachers to manage classroom dynamics, ensuring students with additional needs can access the lesson)
  • Pastoral Care (assist with emotional regulation and social skills)
  • Exam Access Support (act as reader or scribe for students during mock exams and assessments)

Requirements:

  • Strong Communicator
  • Relevant Experience (school, university tutoring, sports coaching, or volunteering with youth groups)
