Job Description

A forward-thinking secondary school in Keighley is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4.

Job Responsibility

  • Support pupils with learning and engagement in class
  • Provide targeted 1:1 or small-group intervention
  • Assist with behaviour management and safeguarding
  • Work closely with teaching and SEN staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils
  • A calm, positive and encouraging approach
  • SEN experience is advantageous
