Job Responsibility

Targeted Interventions - Lead small breakout groups or 1:1 sessions for students needing extra support with literacy, numeracy, or specific subject coursework
In-Class Support - Work alongside subject teachers to manage classroom dynamics, ensuring students with additional needs (SEND) can access the lesson
Pastoral Care - Assist with emotional regulation and social skills, helping students navigate secondary school life
Exam Access Support - Act as a reader or scribe for students during mock exams and assessments

Requirements

Strong Communicator
Relevant Experience (school, university tutoring, sports coaching, or volunteering with youth groups)
Proactive & Resilient
Committed - hold an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
100% dedicated to Safeguarding and student welfare
