A large, welcoming high school in Ealing are looking for Teaching Assistants to join their school in the summer term to work with pupils across their secondary school. This popular, mixed secondary school in Ealing, West London prides itself on providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Job Responsibility:

Supporting a range of pupils with learning needs across the school
Supporting pupils to focus in lessons and complete tasks
Managing pupils' emotions and behaviour
Working with various pupils across the school, primarily in KS3 (11 to 14 year olds)
Possibly supporting some older students in KS4
Working closely with teacher and the schools SEN Co-ordinator

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting teenagers in youth settings, community groups or within their own personal life
