Job Responsibility:
Lead small breakout groups or 1:1 sessions for students who need extra support with literacy, numeracy, or specific subject coursework
work alongside subject teachers to manage classroom dynamics, ensuring that students with additional needs (SEND) can access the lesson
assist with emotional regulation and social skills, helping students navigate the complexities of secondary school life
act as a reader or scribe for students during mock exams and assessments
