Job Description:

Egham Park is a small independent alternative provision catering for 11-16 year olds.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and support a small group of pupils working towards EHCP outcomes
Teaching/supporting individual curriculums
Taking responsibility for pupils progress
Maintaining high, but flexible expectations of behaviour
Contribute to planning individual lessons and creative schemes of work
Ongoing assessment of pupils learning
Motivating, supporting and inspiring pupils
Contribute to termly reports
Continuously reassess and adapt to meet individuals needs
Develop good relationships with pupils, parents/carers, professional and colleagues

Requirements:

Passionate and committed Practitioner
Necessary background, experience, and skills
Enhanced/Standard DBS check
