Job Description

Egham Park is a small independent alternative provision catering for 11-16 year olds.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support a small group of pupils working towards EHCP outcomes
  • Teaching/supporting individual curriculums
  • Taking responsibility for pupils progress
  • Maintaining high, but flexible expectations of behaviour
  • Contribute to planning individual lessons and creative schemes of work
  • Ongoing assessment of pupils learning
  • Motivating, supporting and inspiring pupils
  • Contribute to termly reports
  • Continuously reassess and adapt to meet individuals needs
  • Develop good relationships with pupils, parents/carers, professional and colleagues

Requirements

  • Passionate and committed Practitioner
  • Necessary background, experience, and skills
  • Enhanced/Standard DBS check
