Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that challenge and inspire all learners
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A proven track record of delivering the UK National Curriculum
A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse student groups
