Education Supply Pool are a PAYE employer looking for Secondary School Teachers on behalf of a few comprehensive schools for Caerphilly. We at ESP are looking for a Secondary School Teacher who is passionate about working with young people. These roles demand enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. We need a candidate who is willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success.

Job Responsibility:

Help to develop and nurture young minds on their way to success

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education
Experience of teaching within the UK
Ability to set high standards
Ability to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
Plan innovative and creative lessons
Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum

What we offer:

A minimum pay rate of Secondary School Teachers is at least M1 (Currently £172.98 per day on approval to the new framework)
