Job Responsibility:

Plan & Inspire: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that challenge students and promote critical thinking
Assess & Progress: Use data-driven insights to track student achievement and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate: Work alongside departmental heads and support staff to maintain high academic standards
Engage: Foster a positive learning culture where every student feels empowered to participate

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Subject Expertise: A deep understanding of your specialist subject curriculum (KS3, KS4, or KS5)
Adaptability: The ability to tailor your teaching to diverse learning needs and abilities
Classroom Presence: Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with students
Safeguarding Commitment: A proactive approach to the welfare and safety of all young people
