Randstad Education is partnering with a leading network of Independent Special Assistance Schools to find a dedicated educator for their Logan Senior Campus. This school is a sanctuary for disengaged and vulnerable young people, offering an agile, inclusive, and trauma-aware environment where every student is seen, heard, and belongs. Operating under a 'wellbeing-first' philosophy, the school replaces traditional rigid structures with small, community-embedded campuses. Here, education is not just about academics; it is about providing a multidisciplinary safety net—comprising teachers, youth workers, and counsellors—to help students thrive where they may have previously struggled. This is a unique opportunity for an educator who believes that 'hope meets possibility' and wants to teach with true purpose.
