The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher (QTS) to join there dedicated team. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the educational journey of exceptional young learners. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for: Planning, delivering, and assessing a highly differentiated and engaging curriculum tailored to individual student needs and EHCPs. Creating a stimulating, safe, and positive learning environment that fosters independence and celebrates progress. Utilising a range of specialist teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles and address specific SEN. Leading and collaborating with a team of experienced Learning Support Workers/Teaching Assistants, providing guidance and support. Monitoring and tracking student progress rigorously, contributing to reviews and annual reports. Building strong, positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and multidisciplinary teams. Contributing to the wider school life and ethos.
