Job Description:

We are actively recruiting passionate and skilled Secondary Teachers of English for schools across our partner schools in Manchester. Whether you are an experienced teacher seeking a fresh challenge or an Early Career Teacher (ECT/NQT) looking for your induction year, we have roles where you can make a genuine difference.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering dynamic and challenging Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 lessons
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
Contributing to the academic success and progress of all students, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs
Adhering to the specific policies and guidelines of the school you are placed in

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
A relevant degree
Up-to-date knowledge of the UK Secondary Curriculum
A current Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one through Randstad)
Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to new school environments quickly

Nice to have:

ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply!
