Job Responsibility

  • Expert Lesson Delivery: Use your pedagogical training to deliver pre-set work across various subjects, ensuring students stay engaged, productive, and focused on their learning objectives
  • Elite Classroom Management: Maintain a calm, respectful, and high-energy environment using your professional presence and established behavior management strategies
  • Adaptive Teaching: Use your QTS skills to differentiate tasks on the fly, supporting students with SEND and stretching high-attainers even in unfamiliar subject areas
  • Professional Continuity: Provide high-quality feedback to the school, ensuring the regular teacher has a clear picture of pupil progress and behavior

Requirements

  • Hold QTS: You have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification (ECTs are highly encouraged to apply)
  • Are Versatile & Resilient: You can walk into any classroom-regardless of the subject on the door-and establish a positive, authoritative learning environment
  • Are a Strong Communicator: You can build rapport with teenagers quickly and manage diverse classroom personalities with professional ease
  • Are Committed: You hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to apply) and are 100% dedicated to Safeguarding
