Job Description:

Secondary Supply Teacher – Day-to-Day Cover, Starting Immediately. These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings in Diss and the surrounding areas. You will work across multiple secondary schools, providing day-to-day cover with the potential for longer-term or permanent roles.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Manage behaviour in line with school policies
Support pupils’ learning and progress during cover lessons
Provide feedback to school staff as required

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching across Key Stages is desirable
Strong classroom management and adaptability
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or have one registered on the Update Service
