Your Role as a Secondary Lead: As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you are responsible for maintaining academic momentum and ensuring students remain engaged and respectful. Expert Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-planned lessons with confidence, ensuring that students in Years 7-13 continue to make progress against the National Curriculum. High-Level Classroom Management: Utilise sophisticated behaviour management strategies to maintain a focused and productive learning environment for teenagers. Differentiated Support: Adapt the delivery of materials on the fly to support students with SEND or to stretch higher-attaining pupils at Key Stage 4. Professional Handovers: Provide concise, high-quality feedback to the department head to ensure seamless continuity for the student's regular teacher.
