Holistic Support: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language specialists to integrate therapeutic targets into a secondary-appropriate timetable. Leadership: Manage a dedicated team of Learning Support Assistants, fostering a "low-arousal" and emotionally regulated environment for students with complex needs.
