Are you an educator who looks beyond the diagnosis to see the person? Randstad Education is seeking a resilient and confident Secondary SEN Teacher for an immediate start in Felixstowe. We are looking for someone who understands that progress in an SEN setting isn't just about grades-it's about building independence, confidence, and life skills. At Randstad, we don't just fill gaps; we match personalities. We know that teaching in an SEN environment requires a specific set of tools-patience, humor, and thick skin. We work with the best secondary schools in Felixstowe to ensure you're placed in a department that offers real support, not just a classroom and a register. Join a team that prioritizes student well-being and functional learning. You will be supporting students with ASD, ADHD, and MLD, helping them navigate the challenges of secondary education in a way that works for them.
