Do you have the resilience and empathy to support young people with SEMH needs? We are recruiting for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to work within a secondary setting, supporting students who may display challenging behaviour linked to trauma, anxiety, or emotional difficulties.
Job Responsibility:
Providing structured daily support
Acting as a positive role model
Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom
Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Requirements:
Experience in SEMH, PRU, alternative provision, or youth support roles
