Secondary Science Teacher | Subject Specialist | Local Secondary Schools. Position: Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible (Term Time Only). Salary: £140 - £233 per day (Weekly Pay - dependent on experience). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. Are you a scientific thinker with a knack for making the invisible world visible? Join our secondary network as a Science Teacher and inspire students to explore the laws of nature, the building blocks of life, and the reactions that power our world. Experiment with Your Career: Impact Without the Admin. We are seeking Qualified Science Teachers (QTS/ECTs) to provide specialist cover across a variety of secondary settings. Whether your passion lies in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, this role allows you to focus on the 'lab work' of teaching-delivering high-impact lessons-without the burden of departmental data tracking or weekend marking.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • facilitate engaging demonstrations and theory-based lessons
  • support examination cohorts with targeted preparation
  • maintain a disciplined and safe learning environment
  • differentiate complex concepts to support students with SEND or EAL

Requirements

  • Hold QTS: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs are highly encouraged to apply)
  • degree in a Science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Science)
