Core Curriculum Mastery: Lead lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, covering everything from cellular biology and atomic structure to forces, energy, and chemical reactions. Your Role as a Science Lead As a Secondary Science Teacher, you are responsible for developing student's analytical skills and their ability to investigate the world through the scientific method. Expert Lesson Delivery: Facilitate engaging demonstrations and theory-based lessons, encouraging students to think critically about evidence, variables, and global scientific challenges. GCSE & A-Level Focus: Support examination cohorts with targeted preparation, focusing on required practicals, data analysis, and the application of scientific mathematical skills. Classroom & Lab Safety: Maintain a disciplined and safe learning environment, ensuring all students follow laboratory protocols while engaging in curiosity-driven learning. Adaptive Support: Differentiate complex concepts on the fly to support students with SEND or EAL, ensuring that the "Big Ideas" of science are accessible to every learner.
