Job Description:

Secondary School Teaching Assistant position for graduates, supporting in classrooms across multiple 'Outstanding' secondary schools in Hounslow. The role involves working with KS3, KS4 and KS5 students, providing 1:1 support for students with special educational needs, and delivering small group interventions.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting in KS3, KS4 and KS5 classrooms
Providing 1:1 tailored support for students with SEND
Working with a school SENCo to deliver care plan targets alongside psychological professionals
Delivering interventions for small groups of students within your subject specialism

Requirements:

1st Class or 2:1 Degree
Strong academics at A-Level and GCSE - Essential
Experience working in education - Essential
Bright, confident personality
Strong communication skills
