Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or in the relevant subject area with a teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent)
Minimum five years of successful teaching experience in IGCSE and/or IBDP programs
Demonstrated experience teaching the subject at secondary level in a recognised school setting
Proven ability to design lesson plans, assess learning outcomes, and manage a classroom effectively
Certified/qualified teacher meeting recognised national or international teaching standards

Job Responsibility

Collaboratively plan, design and implement learning experiences in your subject area, aligned with the Cambridge, IBDP and RPGIS curriculum standards and unit planners
Provide meaningful opportunities to assess for (formative), of (summative) and as (self/reflection) learning in line with the RPGIS assessment policy
Work collaboratively within and across grade levels to improve student learning
Ensure a physically and emotionally safe learning environment for students and colleagues
Build strong, respectful partnerships with parents to support student learning and wellbeing
Stay current with best practices, educational research and developments in your subject area
