You will be a vital link in our students' developmental chain. Your day-to-day will involve: Tailored Support: Implementing and adapting learning activities to meet complex sensory and emotional needs. Behavioural Leadership: Using your experience to manage escalations with empathy, patience, and a positive, therapeutic approach. Promoting Independence: Helping students build the life skills and confidence they need to navigate the world beyond the classroom. Shift Patterns Our school day is structured to provide consistency for our students: Monday - Wednesday: 08:15 - 16:45; Thursday: 08:15 - 17:00; Friday: 08:15 - 16:00. Note: While based in Chaldon, occasional flexibility to work at our nearby satellite site in Caterham may be required.
