Job Description:

Secondary Mental Health Support Assistant role at an 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Hammersmith & Fulham, helping improve students' day-to-day school life and reducing barriers to learning.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting pupils across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Conducting 1:1 and group interventions to help with pupils learning
Working alongside pupils with SEN needs (ADHD, Autism, Non-verbal etc)

Requirements:

Previous experience working with SEN or SEMH
Hardworking and resilient
Passion for working with young people and making an impact on them
Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
