Job Description:

Join a thriving UK curriculum school in beautiful Oman! Opportunities available for experienced Secondary Math Teachers with A level experience! The school follows the UK national curriculum. The student compliment consists of 60% local students and 40% international students. High profile students attend this school and go on to achieve well in International Universities.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and implement engaging lessons based on the UK curriculum
Monitor and assess students' progress, ensuring they achieve their full potential
Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment, fostering a love of learning
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the school leadership team
Teach Secondary classes to A Level

Requirements:

Fully qualified with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience
Experience teaching A Level courses is desireable
Must have a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and PGCE in Secondary Maths
Experience of UK curriculum preferred with complete QTS and Induction
Previous EAL experience advantageous
Able to deliver active and engaging lessons
Display an energetic, positive attitude which will create a warm and engaging atmosphere to advance students' physical, mental

Nice to have:

Previous EAL experience
Experience teaching A Level courses

Tax-free salary from 1,300 - 1,600 Omani Rials per month (dependent on experience)
