Job Responsibility:
Plan and implement engaging English lesson plans aligned with the Victorian Curriculum for Years 8-10
Use diverse instructional strategies to challenge students and foster a deep appreciation for literature and language
Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom that encourages student agency and critical thinking
Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of shared resources and assessments
Requirements:
Valid VIT (Victorian Institute of Teaching) Registration
Proven ability to teach English at a secondary level (Years 7-10)
Ability to provide relevant references regarding work with children and adhere to safeguarding standards
