Simply deliver the day's lessons and leave at 3:30 pm.\nWeekly Pay: Competitive daily rates of £140 - £233, paid every Friday via Randstad.\nYour Role as a Qualified Cover Lead\n\nAs a Secondary Cover Teacher, you are more than just a supervisor; you are the lead professional in the room, ensuring that learning standards remain high in a teacher's absence.\n\nExpert Lesson Facilitation: Deliver pre-planned work across various subjects, using your teaching expertise to explain concepts, answer questions, and keep students on track.\nAdvanced Behaviour Management: Utilise your professional training to establish instant authority and maintain a calm, respectful, and productive environment.\nAdaptive Teaching: Use your QTS skills to differentiate tasks on the fly, supporting students with SEND and stretching high-attainers even in unfamiliar subject areas.\nProfessional Handovers: Provide the school with high-quality feedback on student progress and classroom dynamics, ensuring seamless continuity for the regular teacher.\nEssential Requirements\n\nWe are looking for reliable, qualified professionals with a "can-do" attitude.
