Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong, enthusiastic practitioner to join our team. We are looking for individuals who can confidently step into a classroom, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure that no learning time is lost when a permanent teacher is away.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring students stay focused and complete the work left by their absent teacher
  • Delivering lessons interactively while maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting and guiding students of varying learning abilities
  • Working alongside full-time staff to ensure a seamless school day

Requirements

  • A strong, resilient individual capable of successfully managing classes of 30 teenagers
  • Experience working within secondary schools with top-tier classroom management
  • Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to student progress
