Job Description:

A creative and friendly Secondary School in Bromley is looking for Academic Mentors to join their team for the full academic year starting September 2025. Graduates will receive training and support for teacher training the following year, with the opportunity to be salaried during their training. The role involves working with students across Key Stages, supporting class teachers, delivering creative lessons, and running targeted interventions.

Job Responsibility:

Provide whole-class support
run targeted interventions for students on a 1:1 or small group basis
support students with mild SEN
deliver creative sessions

Requirements:

Graduate looking to get hands-on experience
creative flair
ability to support the class teacher
run targeted interventions for students
support students with mild SEN such as Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD

Nice to have:

Aspiring Secondary Teacher
interest in creative and modern teaching methods
