Ensure the restaurant environment reflects brand excellence, proactively identifying facility needs, being innovative and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Lead, train, coach, supervise, and hold team accountable, ensuring consistency in service techniques and adherence to brand standards across all meal periods
Manage reservations and seating flow, optimizing capacity while maintaining a personalized guest experience
Monitor food, beverage, and equipment usage, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control
Anticipate operational needs, securing necessary supplies, materials, and equipment to support uninterrupted service
Collaborate cross-functionally across the Residence Club, supporting overall guest satisfaction and stepping in to lead operations as needed
Requirements
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
College degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
2 year’s restaurant management with proven track record with food & beverage service experience
Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance, marketing and merchandising
Will take ownership and accountability for the overall operations and success of Seasons Restaurant
A passion for delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences
Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop diverse teams
Deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage, with an appreciation for local sourcing and sustainability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A hands-on, adaptable approach in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
