Job Responsibility

Maintain seasoner with correct seasoning at appropriate levels
Identify seasoning equipment problems and correct problems
Assemble and disassemble seasoning line equipment correctly
Handle line clean-ups and changeovers
Perform chemical, Kosher, and allergen cleaning
Perform seasoner set-up duties
Complete documentation for monitoring the seasoning process
Perform minor adjustments and maintenance on all equipment
Retrieve correct and adequate supplies from warehouse to sufficiently stock lines
