The Seasoning Operator is responsible for applying seasoning to products according to required standards while ensuring a continuous flow of product to the packaging lines. This role involves minor machine adjustments, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and accurate record keeping.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
One year of production experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and safety regulations
Maintain seasoner with correct seasoning at appropriate levels
Identify and correct seasoning equipment issues
Assemble and disassemble seasoning line equipment properly
Handle line clean-ups and product changeovers
Perform chemical, Kosher, and allergen cleaning
Set up seasoning equipment
Complete documentation for seasoning process monitoring
Perform minor equipment adjustments and maintenance
Retrieve and stock supplies from the warehouse
Assist R&D with new seasoning tests and trials
Sanitize scales and seasoning tumblers
Calibrate load cells for accurate seasoning application
Ensure product meets QA specifications and adjust as needed
Conduct seasoning checks on finished product when required
Verify level sensors and no-seasoning laser sensors using calibration tools
Assist with scale calibration
Use operator interface panels to perform drop tests, adjust seasoning settings, and operate equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve seasoning-related issues
Perform other duties as assigned
