Job Description

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. We are looking for a motivated In Room Dining Waiter to join us on a fixed term contract to assist in the upcoming busy season for our In Room Dining team.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide our members with an attentive, exceptional and personalised service and look after their needs when dining in their rooms, suites, cottages and houses
  • Show a passion for food and beverage service and help in assisting the smooth running of service, whilst making sure all in room dining experiences are seamless

Requirements

  • Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting
