Job Responsibility

Serve as primary customer service contact for camp participant guardians, communicating with them via phone and email
Organize and distribute camp messages to other Camp Admin Team members
Maintain logistics systems such as camper waitlists, transfers and refunds
Perform ongoing maintenance and updates within the registration software, including editing program listings and participant information
Inventory and maintain camp supplies
Create and update camp curriculum and materials
Campus set up and break down before & after camp season
Assist with the hiring of camp staff, including conducting interviews and assessing applicants
Help plan and co-lead staff training (June 8-12, 2026)
Supervision of up to 10 seasonal camp staff, conducting field observations, providing guidance, inputting paperwork, and submitting payroll
