This is a full-time position May 20th-End of October with part-time work available outside of these dates depending on weddings and events. Responsible for facilitation of all aspects of on-site activities, weddings, seminars, workshops, and member activities. Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and reservations to provide a successful outcome. Attend to guests needs in a professional manner with a high level of integrity and service. Provide general event support in planning, coordinating, and implementing all events, programs, and ceremonies as assigned, including resort wide special events.

Responsible for supporting the Director of Special Events with events, programs, and ceremonies
Help prepare for all Resort activities
Prepare Wedding packets
Help with set-up and clean-up of weddings
Maintain all wedding areas and planters
Decorating Main Lodge for Holidays
Kids Activities
Assist with social media content
Prepare layout diagrams, oversee layout setup and break-down
Processing special requests, interacting with clients, meeting and exceeding expectations
Resolve problems or issues and troubleshooting as needed
Follows up on action items
Perform all job-related duties and special projects as assigned by Director of Special Events
