Job Description

This is a full-time position May 20th-End of October with part-time work available outside of these dates depending on weddings and events. Responsible for facilitation of all aspects of on-site activities, weddings, seminars, workshops, and member activities. Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and reservations to provide a successful outcome. Attend to guests needs in a professional manner with a high level of integrity and service. Provide general event support in planning, coordinating, and implementing all events, programs, and ceremonies as assigned, including resort wide special events.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for facilitation of all aspects of on-site activities, weddings, seminars, workshops, and member activities
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and reservations to provide a successful outcome
  • Attend to guests needs in a professional manner with a high level of integrity and service
  • Provide general event support in planning, coordinating, and implementing all events, programs, and ceremonies as assigned, including resort wide special events
  • Responsible for supporting the Director of Special Events with events, programs, and ceremonies
  • Help prepare for all Resort activities
  • Prepare Wedding packets
  • Help with set-up and clean-up of weddings
  • Maintain all wedding areas and planters
  • Decorating Main Lodge for Holidays
  • Kids Activities
  • Assist with social media content
  • Prepare layout diagrams, oversee layout setup and break-down
  • Processing special requests, interacting with clients, meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Resolve problems or issues and troubleshooting as needed
  • Follows up on action items
  • Perform all job-related duties and special projects as assigned by Director of Special Events
