Job Responsibility:
Assist guests in an informative and helpful way
Have full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items and preparation methods
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Requirements:
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
1 year food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience at a luxury hotel or restaurant
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
